How do you start translating the Bible into another language?

Bible translation is quite a process and it is one that we take very seriously.
Watch the video and we will take you through the process step-by-step.

Step 1: Where Is God Working?
Step 2: What’s The Best Approach?
Step 3: One Word at a Time
Step 4: Get The Word Out!
Step 5: What’s The Result?

Moses of the San

My soul clings to the dust; give me life according to your word!
- Psalm 119:25

  • In the land where Botswana and Namibia meet, small circles of San people gather around campfires to share priceless treasures – stories told in a rich and complex language.
  • With clicks and tonal accents they tell stories ancient and new, funny and sad, and recently life-giving Bible stories from the Word of God.
  • We were honoured to be invited into their circles to listen and learn.
