  • Don’t cycle alone; cycle in pairs or in a group.
  • The Cradle route has a clearly designated 2m-wide bike lane, and cyclist signage is plentiful. Some sections feature reflectors that mark the cycle lane and prevent cars from using it.
  • There are outposts at various points around the route from 06:00 – 10:00, serving as water stations, technical support for cyclists and security communication points. Wycliffe will also have a gazebo at the start and during the race for refreshment and payer.
  • Thompsons Security Group have provided 2 reaction vehicles to patrol the route from 06:00 – 10:00.

This year we are moving for theSePulana Translation!

Mapulaneng is the "Place of the Mapulana people." This language community of 800,000 are spread across northeastern Mpumalanga and southeastern Limpopo, with SePulana being a non-official community language spoken by most people in Bushbuckridge.

There are over 45 active languages in South Africa, many of which are waiting for the Bible to be translated into their heart language.

The team and partners are now all in place, and work is ready to begin in October 2020. The translation team and all involved parties are eager to get started! Praise God that His Word is coming into their heart language.
